Please note that our Split System Air Conditioning installation price covers a like-for-like installation. This means the new Split System Air Conditioning is the same type as the one being replaced, with no changes to the location, size, or energy supply requirements.
As part of our Standard Installation Scope of Works, the following items will be included in this installation:
• Deliver the new split system air conditioning.
• Check the surrounding internal area for existing damage.
• Check the surrounding external area for existing damage.
• Ensure the new system will fit correctly into the existing space.
• Isolate the electricity supply to the existing system.
• Test to ensure it is off.
• Remove and disconnect the old system.
• Install ducting/trucking if required.
• Install drain hose if required.
• Install external condenser on the floor (pad not included).
• Install internal unit on wall.
• Secure new system in place as per manufacturer specifications.
• Run new copper pair coil (up to 3 meters).
• Connect condenser with internal unit.
• Restore electricity supply to the system.
• Test all functionality on the new system.
• Remove all styrofoam, labels, & accessories.
• Run a basic demo on how to use the new system.
• Remove all rubbish from the property.
• Clean & tidy the work area.
Please note that our installation service does not cover the following:
Electrical Upgrades: Any necessary upgrades to the electrical system, such as adding a dedicated circuit or upgrading the electrical pane.
Structural Modifications: Any modifications to the structure of the building, such as cutting through concrete walls, adding supports, or reinforcing areas to support the unit.
Plumbing Work: If the installation requires plumbing work to be able to connect our drain line or modifying existing plumbing.
Asbestos Removal: If asbestos is found during the installation process, its removal and any associated remediation are excluded.
Permits and Fees: The cost of obtaining necessary permits or any fees associated with local regulations and inspections are not included.
Please ensure that all necessary preparations are made before our installation team arrives. If any of the above exclusions apply to your situation, please review our potential additional charges.
To ensure the new Split System Air Conditioning can be installed according to the manufacturer's specifications and Australian Standards, the following items may need to be installed at an additional cost.
Note: 3 meters of copper coil with insulation and ducting are included in the price.
- 1 x Supply & Install copper coil with insulation - $20.00 Inc GST (per meter)
- 1 x Supply & Install ducting for copper pipes - $22.00 Inc GST (per meter)
- 1 x Supply & Install bracket for external wall - $90.00 Inc GST
- 1 x Supply & Install electrical isolator - $40.00 Inc GST
- 1 x Supply & Install external poly slab - $60.00 Inc GST
All split system air conditioning installations come with a free old system removal service, where our team will remove your split system air conditioning and ensure that it is recycled.
Please note that, as part of our door-to-door split system air conditioning delivery service, products will be delivered in their original packaging. The goods will not be unboxed.
This service does not include installation or the removal of any packaging or existing systems.
Split system air conditioning, including original packaging and trolley, must be able to fit through all doorways, access points, and stairs at your nominated delivery address.
If this is not possible, the driver will endeavor to leave your item as close as possible to your requested location.
Delivery drivers have the right to refuse to carry products by hand or otherwise if, in their opinion, doing so may pose a risk of injury or damage to property or person (including themselves) or if the location has poor or restricted access.
Our drivers may refuse to place your new split system air conditioning in your nominated location if they believe doing so may pose a risk of injury or damage to property or person (including themselves) or if the location has poor or restricted access.
If you wish to change the delivery date or address, you must notify the our team from which you originally purchased at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be liable for a second delivery fee.

We have to be able to purchase the identical in the box product at the time of your price beat request. Just give our friendly customer service team a call with the product you’re interested in, along with the price you’ve found on the product and installation and we’ll happily take care of the rest.
The price must include all costs including the brand new appliance, delivery fee, basic appliance installation fee and old appliance removal fee. We look at the final combination price of the appliance, delivery and installation. If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still beat the price, but may not beat the service.
